A History of Community Service and Trust
Original Building
Original Building

T he history of Consalus Funeral Home dates back to 1933, when Gene Consalus and Grover Peck put their years of experience and knowledge to work as local undertakers in the Clinton community. Their business grew more successful each year, due to the outstanding service they provided.

In 2005, the original building was replaced by a new, modern facility. The purpose of our new building is to continue our tradition of dignified and caring service on into the future. Our funeral home is large enough to accommodate any need, yet small enough to provide the personalization and understanding that every family deserves. The foyer offers warmth, compassion and a homelike atmosphere to comfort everyone who steps through the front doors. The spacious lounge provides a comfortable place for family and friends to relax.

The Consalus Chapel seats 150 people and has an overflow area that can accommodate another 75. The Chapel not only lends a spirit of peace and hope but also offers strength and comfort, in times of need.

Building a strong trust with families in the Clinton community began in 1933, and today, more than 77 years later, Consalus Funeral Home proudly continues the tradition of providing outstanding service to families in the Clinton community ... the community we call home.
